General Requirement
Having a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related position, but candidates with over 3 years of experience will be prioritized.
Experience in developing HR systems / Human Capital Management Systems / HRIS is a plus.
Understanding of Human Capital business processes such as Organization Management, Employee Data, Recruitment, Learning, Performance, Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, and Approval Workflow is a plus.
Experience or understanding of the banking industry is a plus.
Accustomed to working in a deadline-driven project environment, documentation-driven, and cross-team collaboration.
Possessing good communication skills, able to work independently as well as in a team.
Willing to work according to the required position type: Full-Time or Freelance.
Role-Specific Requirements
Having experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Developer, or similar technical position for at least 2 years, although candidates with over 3 years of experience will be prioritized.
Possessing strong skills in software architecture, system design, database design, API design, and code review.
Proficient in one or more backend/frontend technologies such as Java Spring Boot, Golang, Node.js, NestJS, React, Vue, Nuxt, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar technologies.
Understanding concepts of clean architecture, modular architecture, microservices, REST API, authentication, authorization, and integration patterns.
Accustomed to leading developer teams, distributing technical tasks, conducting technical reviews, and ensuring delivery quality.
Able to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
Understanding basic security concepts such as role-based access control, audit trails, data privacy, encryption, secure APIs, and logging.
Experience in building enterprise systems, HRIS, HCMS, ERP, or internal company applications is a plus.
Understanding banking business processes, compliance, and audit trails is a plus.
Familiar with Git, CI/CD, code standards, documentation, and deployment processes.
