General Requirement
Having a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related position, but candidates with over 3 years of experience will be prioritized.
Experience in developing HR systems / Human Capital Management Systems / HRIS is a plus.
Understanding of Human Capital business processes such as Organization Management, Employee Data, Recruitment, Learning, Performance, Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, and Approval Workflow is a plus.
Experience or understanding of the banking industry is a plus.
Accustomed to working in a deadline-driven project environment, documentation-driven, and cross-team collaboration.
Possessing good communication skills, able to work independently as well as in a team.
Willing to work according to the required position type: Full-Time or Freelance.
Role-Specific Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer, Software Tester, Test Analyst, or in a similar role; candidates with more than 3 years of experience will be prioritized.
Able to create test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, test data, bug reports, and UAT support documents.
Strong understanding of manual testing processes for web applications, mobile applications, APIs, databases, and integrations.
Capable of performing functional, regression, smoke, sanity, negative, and user acceptance testing.
Familiar with tools such as Jira, TestRail, Postman, Swagger, Excel, Google Sheets, or other QA tools.
Able to interpret requirements, functional specification documents, user stories, UI designs, and API documentation.
Strong understanding of the bug lifecycle, severity, priority, retesting, and defect management.
Experience testing HRIS, HCMS, ERP, SaaS, or enterprise systems is a plus.
Understanding of HR workflows, including employee data, approval processes, learning, payroll, benefits, recruitment, and reporting, is a plus.
Knowledge of banking systems, compliance, audit trails, role-based access, and data security is a plus.
