General Requirement
Having a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related position, but candidates with over 3 years of experience will be prioritized.
Experience in developing HR systems / Human Capital Management Systems / HRIS is a plus.
Understanding of Human Capital business processes such as Organization Management, Employee Data, Recruitment, Learning, Performance, Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, and Approval Workflow is a plus.
Experience or understanding of the banking industry is a plus.
Accustomed to working in a deadline-driven project environment, documentation-driven, and cross-team collaboration.
Possessing good communication skills, able to work independently as well as in a team.
Willing to work according to the required position type: Full-Time or Freelance.
Role-Specific Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a Software Developer, Backend Developer, Frontend Developer, Full-Stack Developer, or in a similar role; candidates with more than 3 years of experience will be prioritized.
Proficient in one or more technologies such as Java Spring Boot, Golang, Node.js, NestJS, React, Vue, Nuxt, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar technologies.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, authentication, authorization, validation, error handling, logging, and integrations.
Able to interpret requirements, user stories, functional specification documents, API contracts, and UI/UX designs.
Able to produce clean, maintainable, reusable code that follows development standards.
Experienced with Git, branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and issue-tracking tools such as Jira.
Knowledge of unit testing, debugging, performance optimization, and secure coding is a plus.
Experience building HRIS, HCMS, ERP, SaaS, or enterprise applications is a plus.
Understanding of HR business processes, including employee data, organizational structures, approval workflows, learning, payroll, benefits, or recruitment, is a plus.
Experience with or knowledge of banking environments, compliance requirements, and audit trails is a plus.
