General Requirement
Having a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related position, but candidates with over 3 years of experience will be prioritized.
Experience in developing HR systems / Human Capital Management Systems / HRIS is a plus.
Understanding of Human Capital business processes such as Organization Management, Employee Data, Recruitment, Learning, Performance, Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, and Approval Workflow is a plus.
Experience or understanding of the banking industry is a plus.
Accustomed to working in a deadline-driven project environment, documentation-driven, and cross-team collaboration.
Possessing good communication skills, able to work independently as well as in a team.
Willing to work according to the required position type: Full-Time or Freelance.
Role-Specific Requirements
Have at least 2 years of experience as a Database Engineer, Data Engineer, AI Engineer, Backend Engineer, or similar positions; however, candidates with more than 3 years of experience will be prioritized.
Proficient in relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, or other enterprise databases.
Understand database design, normalization, indexing, query optimization, stored procedures, views, functions, and data migration.
Capable of creating data models for enterprise systems, particularly for master data, employee data, organizational structure, workflows, reporting, and audit trails.
Familiar with data integration concepts, ETL/ELT, API integration, data cleansing, and data validation.
Experience or understanding in AI/ML, LLM, RAG, OCR, data analytics, dashboards, or automation is a plus.
Able to support HR analytics needs, employee insights, workforce planning, reporting, and intelligent automation.
Understand data security aspects such as access control, data masking, encryption, backup, and audit logs.
Experience with HR data / HCMS / HRIS is a plus.
Understanding of banking data, compliance, and regulatory reporting is a plus.
