• Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance as a partner. The Haer team will conduct a selection based on profile suitability, relevance to product needs, and availability for collaboration.

• All data collected will only be used for verification and communication purposes related to the collaboration.

Selection & Collaboration Process

1. Form Submission
   Submissions are made through the button on each type of partnership page.

2. Internal Selection
   The Haer team will evaluate background, experience, and contribution suitability based on the submitted form.

3. Personal Contact
   Selected candidates will be personally contacted by the Haer team for further discussion.

4. Agreement Discussion
   A two-way discussion will be held to discuss the form of contribution, benefits, expectations, and potential collaboration agreements.

5. Official Collaboration
   Those who pass the selection and reach an agreement will be registered as official Haer partners and receive benefits according to the partner category.

Partner Categories & Implications:

Insight & Research Partners 🧠

• Potentially involved as public speakers, strategy contributors, or early users.

• Required to maintain confidentiality of the roadmap or features not yet released to the public.

• May be requested to participate in feedback sessions regularly.

Technology Partners ⚙️

• Must have products/services that can be technically integrated with Haer.

• Technical commitment (API support, documentation, or SDK) is required if involved in the core system.

• Joint development can be conducted through a separate technical agreement.

Distribution & Community Partners 🌐

• Entitled to branding, promotional materials, and access to referral programs.

• Required to maintain Haer's image in communications or promotions undertaken.

• Event collaborations or distributions will be facilitated by the Haer team according to slot availability.

Investment / Funding Partners 💰

• Must agree to an NDA and investment terms if entering further discussion stages.

• Potential partnership returns or equity structure will be discussed exclusively.

• Final decisions are internal and refer to Haer's financial needs and business strategy.

Privacy & Security

• All the information you provide will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

• Access to internal roadmaps, beta systems, or user data is only granted to parties who have signed official collaboration agreements.

Miscellaneous
