From Experience, Ideas, and the Courage to Start
Season 1 — Episode 1
It all began with a bold step. The CEO decided to resign from his job at a state-owned enterprise—after six stable and comfortable years—to pursue one thing: a dream. A dream of building a digital product from scratch, with friends who believe that HR in Indonesia can be made more humane, more efficient, and more down-to-earth.
No office yet. No salary yet. But there is determination, Google Docs, and black coffee as witnesses.
And this is where the story of Haer begins.

📍 Progress of the first week:
A simple business plan was created—not luxurious, but with a clear direction.
The landing page started to be developed, not just for display, but to validate the idea with the market.
MVP dissected. The focus: quick release, not perfection.
No funding yet. No users yet.
But they believe that if this product truly meets needs, all those will follow.
The only ones working full-time are the CEO (Rival) and COO (Arief). Meanwhile, the other team members—CHRO (Radit), CTO (Anju), CPO CMO (Derly)—are contributing in their spare time. Part-time, but not half-hearted. We don’t move without tools; there is also Mr. Bob who helps provide advice and efficient directions based on his years of experience in the HR world.

Each team member comes with strong experience in their field. They have built HR systems for large companies, from state-owned enterprises to enterprises. Now, they've decided to bring that knowledge to a broader realm: helping small and medium businesses have HR systems equivalent to corporates.

✍️ This is not a success story. This is a starting story.
And like all beginnings, it is filled with questions, uncertainty, and a spirit too big to be suppressed.
They know this is a long journey. But they also know: if one day the target of $1 million per month is achieved, it will all be worth remembering.
If they fail? At least it becomes an honest story to share. And isn’t that worth something too?
