Weeks 3 and 4 felt like coming out of a fog. The vision became sharper, priorities more defined, and small steps started leading to something real.

After months of just initiation and weeks of discussion, this is Haer's current progress.

📍 The latest progress from the Haer team:

• The first landing page is officially launched.
  You can access it directly at www.haer.co.id. It's not just an information page—it’s the starting point of a big dream: making workplaces in Indonesia more humane. Through technology, yet still with heart.

• The business plan has been finalized.
  The direction is getting stronger, it's time to test it in the market and start implementation. Several strategies are being developed, and the main validation comes from those who matter most: potential users.

• MVP is still in progress.
  About 30% of the requirements have been worked on, while simultaneously designing the mockup. Not waiting for perfection—the team opts for rapid iteration to learn directly from users as soon as possible.

• Starting to gather feedback intensively.
  The team is designing a combined approach of light surveys and in-depth interviews. The goal is clear: not to guess market needs, but to listen to them directly.

• This week's challenge?
  Building a scalable system foundation—light at the start, but ready to grow without breaking along the way.

We're still bootstrapping. No investors yet.
MVP isn't ready for use. But the spirit remains.

We're also trying to collaborate with experts in their fields before launching the early stage landing page and anticipating future risks in the HC area.
